These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tech Dad Blueprint website and services at techdadblueprint.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a Blueprint or use the Service as a customer.
Payments are processed via Stripe using a secure checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders already completed.
After purchase, you are responsible for filling out the Tech Dad intake form with accurate information. Your Blueprint is generated based on your responses and delivered via email to the address you provide.
We aim to deliver your Blueprint within a reasonable time window (typically within minutes), but we do not guarantee specific delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by email providers, technical issues, or incomplete information.
Tech Dad Blueprints are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate (e.g. doctors, financial advisors, therapists).
Because each Blueprint is generated on demand and customized to your responses, all sales are generally considered final. However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g. you do not receive your Blueprint or it contains a clear error), contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include re-generating your Blueprint or issuing a refund at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, branding, text, and underlying systems, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use your own Blueprint for personal use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the Service or our system prompts without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Dad Blueprint and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state of residence (or our primary place of business if different), without regard to conflict of law principles.
